Restrict User from using Application

I want to restirct user for using Internet, Games and
Other Application.

I have restricted the user by editing group policy \
System \ Don;t run specified Windows Applciation in
gpedit.msc.

But problem is that people come to know that they have
been restricted and want to hide message box from being
displayed on screen.
