Restrict Specific Domain user to able to change system time

Hi,

We have windows 2000 server and all the client with windows 2000
professional client. We are putting some desktop level security so that shop
floor users can not play around with system settings. We have implemented
most of the security setting except one which is windows date/time.

The normal windows domain user is able to change the windows date and time.
when I see in local security policy, local administrator and power user can
change system date/time and in "Effective settings" it shows "Domain users".
Let me know what can I do so that spcific domain user cannot make changes to
date/time of that desktop. This affacts out ERP system records and reports.

If any resgistry settings through which can do this, that would be help.

Thank you.
