Restrict CD-Rom Access

Does anyone know how I can restrict access to the cd-rom
on client machines? Is there a way where only someone
with Admin level could use the CD-Rom?

You can hide drives by using Group Policy.

That way, clients can see the cd-rom so they can't use it.
