Restoring removable disk properties dialog settings

I installed a USB Digital Camera Card reader to my PC and
it brought up a dialog asking me what I wanted to do when
this device (removable disk) was plugged in each time. I
selected open up an explorer window and clicked the box
that said something like "Always do this action". I
goofed. I want to change the action and now that dialog
will not come back up. Obviously I have set some internal
flag and I can not get it unset. I even tried a system
restore back to a point before I did this. The dialog
still does not come up. Can I get this back? There must
be some hack I can do.
