one of my staff deleted the default games (solitaire,
freecell, etc.)under accessories\games folder on the Start
menu. Is there an easy way to restore them? Have checked
MS Knosledge Base and it gave instrux where you had to go
to Setup but the compressesd folder is nowhere to be
found. Help!!

You can find all those games in the C:\WINNT\System32
folder if you are using MS2000 else in C:\Windows\System
folder. Create a short cut to the desktop and then cut &
paste the short cut to the Accessories in the
Start>Programs>Accessories>Games.... Simple !!!!
