Restoring Default "Drafts" Folder in Outlook 2003

I have a user who has lost their default "Drafts" folder in Outlook 2003. By
default I mean the folder which has the icon of the yellow folder and pencil.

I have tried deleting the Outlook Exchange mail profile on the machine and
re-adding it and it still does not re-appear. The user does have a "Drafts"
folder however as a subfolder under the inbox but it is just a yellow folder.
If you try to move that folder up the ladder it will not allow you to.

Any ideas?

Try starting Outlook 1 time with the /resetfolders command line switch.

Super! i will give this a shot this morning. Can I assume that the users
subfolders which are under the inbox will not be deleted? This person has
about 10 of them and I would rather not have them wiped out.

Thanks.

correct assumption. the switch verifies/creates the "default" folders if
needed. if it needs to create a new folder (e.g. Drafts and a Drafts
already existed), it might do a revisioning (e.g. the new folder because
Drafts1).
