To get rid of the S: drive and return the storage space to the C: you need
to delete the S: and then extend the C: volume into the unused space. You
need to be REALLY careful with this to make sure that you don't lose the boot

Make sure you have a bootable partition on the C: drive before you get rid
of the S: drive though. Once you are sure that works you can use diskpart to
remove the S:.
