restore taskbar

my taskbar has moved to the top of my screen and I can't figure out how to
move it back to the bottom.HELP.

Although by default the task bar appears on the bottom of the screen,
it can be on any of the sides you prefer it on. To move it from any
side to another, simply click on an unused part of it and drag it
where you want it. Be sure to click *within* it, not on the edge;
clicking on the edge and dragging will resize it.

If it won't move, it may be locked. In that case, right click on it
and uncheck "Lock the taskbar," then try again.

I had my laptop hp nearly 1 year using perfect but due to somehardware failure i got it replaced from HP then since i didnt have original cd i bought os new and installed it genuine now when i swich on the laptop it opens fine and the first introduction music when it plays it the music brakes in between there is some problem with this i had down loaded the drivers from hp download myself may be i downloaded more than i had to as for some time it was perfect and i have 75percent disk space free on system all started when i loaded the trial version of ms office 2007 spcl offer by Pc answers it gave me a big mess . how to rectify the problem also its very slow may be due to the same problem..
