Please suggest how to get back to friendly welcome screen with two users
displayed to log on.
I believe one of the users at my company may have hit ctrl-alt-del twice to
disable the friendly log on screen.
The problem is now she does not log on as herself but rather under the
second administrator account. To get the computer up and running she gets a
traditional log on screen with the second admin account name already filled
in and hits "open, okay, yes,", then she gets a message that says something
like "cannot find server etc, look for another path". Answer "no", then her
computer boots up to a desktop.
Also, either before or after, the old black and white log on screen appears
with windows xp pro highlighted.
Although the problem seems long and complicated, I hope for a simple answer.
