Hey all, I am not good with computers so please help! I have a HP Pavilion w/
Vista Home Premium. It had to be returned to HP for repairs and before I sent
it HP said to do a file back up. I did so using: control panel>System and
Maintenance(back up your computer)>back up files. I did this and it took 15
cds. When the computer came back, sure enough, my personal stuff was gone.
Mostly I want my iPOD download software back. I have 15 cds but NO clue of
what to do now. When I go to the "restore files" box it tells me 'There are
no backups available on this computer'. Maybe I am overlooking something
simple but I just need help. Thanks
