Restore deleted items

Dear Newsreaders,

I deleted folders from Outlooks express 6.0 into deleted items and emptied
the deleted items folder.
There is a large dbx file on my harddrive which i'm sure is that information
that i need to retrieve.

How do i restore those folders and e-mails to Outlook?
