And you did not have a backup of such an important document?
(Tools>Options>Save>Always make backup copy, or a back up of all of your
working files)
I hope that you have a hard copy of it, at least then all that you will be
up for is some typing practice.
Otherwise, it's a very expensive proposition trying to get it restored
professionally.
As far as I can see, none of the file recovery software, that you come
across by Googling, has the ability to do what you need.
