Restarting PC to Complete Installation

Soon I'll get a new Vista PC and will need to install all my programs (Word,
Roxio, ...) and apps (Kodak, ...) again. Question: Do I need to do a
separate restart for each program that requires it or can I just install the
lot and do a single restart to complete the installations?

Take them one at a time just to be on the safe side, especially if there are
compatibility issues.
