'ResourcePool' is not supported on the current platform.

I am getting this error when I use the
SqlClient.SqlConnection.Open method through to a SQL
Server 2000 database. I've reloaded .Net framework 1.1,
installed the SDK, and VS.Net 2003 and no change.

Ideas anyone ? It's extreeeeemly frustrating.
