Resource scheduling

We are using Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003. I have set up mailboxes for our various conference rooms and scheduling is working properly. Prior to this, I had a public calendar folder set up and one of the admins entered all meeting schedules.

Management still wants to see a calendar in the public folders that refects the automated scheduling of the rooms. Any ideas how I can get the information from a private calendar to publish in a public folder?

Thanks

Hi AEA

Do you have an intranet?

We use the same software as you. I've also set up mailboxes for our
resources.

Using OWA, I have linked the calendars of our resources to an intrane

webpage.

Anyone can view the calendars, but not modify them.

It's working well at this stage.
