Resource scheduling problem

Hi,

I run OL 2002. When trying to book a conference room as a resource (this has
been setup by our IT-dept. so that the conference room will automatically
confirm and schedule availability if available) with OL, I get an error
message as below:

"The information store could not be opened. Unable to directly book a
resource for this meeting."

Our IT-dept has tried to work on this issue, but with no results. Any ideas?
It used to work before and it works for all my collegues. The IT-dept has
recently merged our mail-boxes with other companies in our group, so the
server has changed. Don't know if this is the issue or anything else. But
still - it works for my collegues.

I've had this happen and one of the fixes that worked was to recreate the
Outlook profile. Have you tried connecting to the calendar from a different
computer? If that works, let your IT folks know you need a new Outlook
profile set up.
