Resizing of Java Applet when moving to Front Page

When I constuct a java applet in 300x400 pixels and import it into Front
Page, I am unable to resize the applet proportionately in Front Page. The
applet, when imported into Front Page, is too large for the area that I am
trying to fit it into. The rest of the web page covers up most of the
applet. I would like to know how to bring it forward onto the web page and
resize it to fit my requirements.
