Resetting an HP LaserJet 2200 DN (with JetDirect)

Hi,

I am trying to help someone set up an HP 2200 DN that has a
JetDirect card.

It was previously working fine, and stopped working after we did
some network changes that involved shutting down our DHCP server for
while.

I managed to reset it to the defaults by starting it up while
holding the big button on top down. The configuration sheet then
showed it had an IP address of 192.0.0.192. I did the install of the
CD it came with on a windows machine, and it detected the printer and
I set it's IP address back to it's old value, and telnetted into it
and did some further configuration which seems to have locked me back
out.

Now, I can't reset it to 192.0.0.192. No matter if I power up
holding either or both buttons, the IP address shown in the
configuration page is 0.0.0.0, and I can't connect to it to change
anything, and the windows CD installer doesn't detect it when it
searches the network.

1) How can I force this thing to come back with the default IP ?
Will it help to remove the JetDirect card and re-insert it ?

2) In my web searches, I see references to a utility from HP
called hppcfg.exe. However, it wasn't installed when I used the HP
CD, and I can't find it out my computer or on HP's web site. Do I
need this and if so how do I get it ?

3) If I connect the printer with a USB cable to my computer
instead of to the network, will I be able to use some program to go
into it and set the IP address and other TCP/IP settings ?

Thanks in advance for any tips. Even if all you know is what
keyword to search on, please let me know as I have been googling for
quite a while with no results.
