resetted password

I recently resetted my password, but unfortunately, I
believe I typed it too fast and saved it, that when I try
to sign on to the main administrator account, it wont let
me in. Instead, I am stuck with logging in as a "Guest."
I don't want the files already saved in my computer
erased, so is there anyway I can recover or renew my
password so that I can log back in my main user account?
