What service pack are you running? There is a post sp3
hotfix for TS licensing you should have installed. Or
install SP4.
To reset licensing remove TS licensing service and
reinistall. Re-apply patches or SP4.
Call the clearinghouse and activate and reinstall your
licenses.
There is a fix for licenses that are not being recovered
by the license server. Once the license is assigned to a
client it is not recovered. This is why you what to up to
date with your hotfixes and/or service packs.
