How do I reset Outlook 2007 settings? (Or save and import to another computer
for that matter?)

Be more clear. Reset what Outlook settings to what for what purpose?

If you want to re=use the .pst file, copy it from one computer to the other and open it using Outlook's file->open->Outlook Data File.

Sorry, I don't mean the mail archive. The stuff under Tools | Options that
isn't in the pst or in the profile. Email Options, Task Options, etc.

Last time I checked, a lot of that is in the .pst file and will be re=used when you simply open your old .pst file in your new installation.
