reset local group policy back to defaults on XP Pro via command line

I have a client who was tinkering with a his XP Pro PC and decided it would
be a good idea to alter his Software Restriction Polices. He neglected to
include the mmc as a title he can still run. Now he can't undo is mistake.
I remember there being a command I could type at the command prompt to set
all local polocies back to default. Can anyone help me out?
