rescale a ppt slide to make a poster

Do you know how to rescale a slide in order to make a poster out of one of my
slides?
Thanks a lot.

Ps: the difference in size will be small so that I am not concerned about
quality loss.

You need to first change the size of your slide. In PowerPoint 2003 and some
earlier versions, you would do that by choosing File | Page Setup.

A PowerPoint add-in that I often use to rescale some slides for posters in
RnR Image Exporter - http://snipurl.com/imageexporter

ISSUE: I had the same issue, had one slide I wanted to turn into an A1 poster and found by chance an interesting solution.

TIRING SOLUTION: If you go to File|Page Setup and change the size of the slide your content will need a lot of work, since you'll have to manually rescale it and reposition it in the resized slide.

QUICK FIX: Just open a new ppt project and create an empty slide resized tothe poster size you need (in PowerPoint2010: Design|PageSetup). Then jsut copy and paste your slide into the new project and by magic it is now in the desired size and the content looks exactly as it was (provided the proportion height/width was the same of course).
