Looking for freeware that can track and report Church congregation
financial contributions. Would be helpful if it could import and
export data, also weekly, monthly and yearly reporting totals for each
member.

If you are willing to install MySQL and PHP, I am using an excellent
program over at www.infocentral.org

It's free, and the support is excellent, and it seems like the developers
really now their stuff. It is a membership database along with a donation
module. You can try out the demo on the web. Warning: MySQL 4.X is required
for some of the functions, such as exporting to CSV. Many servers out there
are still using 3.X.
