ReportViewer Expand DocumentMap

On the Winform ReportViewer control (.NET Framework 2.0), is there a way to
expand the DocumentMap tree by default? I am NOT talking about the
ReportViewer.DocumentMapCollapsed property. I want the tree displayed in the
DocumentMap to be expanded by default. Currently, the report is displayed to
the user, and the first thing they do is expand the tree to select the
document map elementt they want to display. The desired functionality is
when the report is displayed to the user is that the document map tree view
control would be expanded and the first node in the tree selected by default.
