Reports feature in BCM

After updating BCM with SP2 for BCM (I did not update with SP1 originally,
and now will not let me install SP1 update) I cannot generate any reports
under the Business Tools menu.

what can I do?

This has come up before. I believe the fix dealt with a Crystal Reports that
gets installed by another application. Search this newsgroup for Crystal and
you'll probably find the answer.
