Can I adjust the line spacing in the detail section of my reports? I would
like to get more information per page by decreasing the space in between each
line.

Also, I want to get my qty column to add up on the page. What expression
would I use for that?

Hi, Trish.

Have you experimented with the Top and Height properties? These control the
position and height of your controls. If they're all on a single line,
highlight them all and set them all at once. Remove any extra space by
pulling up the bottom of the Detail section to the bottom of the control. At
some point, you may need to decrease the font size to get the data to fully
display.

AFAIK, the expression = Sum([Qty]) can be placed in the Report footer, but
not the page footer. I believe you will need code to compute a summation by
page using the various print events. I'm not an expert here, but recall that
the Access 2000 Developer's Guide by Getz, Litwin, et al has quite of bit of
clear material on using the print events.
