Report format problem

Hugh N. Ross

I have a report that is putting an extra page after each good page of the
report.
Paper is 8.5 x 11, portrait mode, print area defined in the report
definition is 7 x 9 inches.
margins defined T 0.5, B 0.5, L 0.25 R 0.25
The record source is a query. The query result looks good.
I am using Access 2000
I have checked lots of other parameters and have not found out what is the
matter.
I am very frustrated. Help would be appreciated.

Do you have a "page break" somewhere on your report?

H

No. But when looking for a page break I found the problem! The report
definition area was longer than 11 inched. Even thou the lower part was
blank, it forced an overflow to another page.
Thanks for the response.
