Report format in export to Excel

I have a report that looks good when sent to a printer, but when I send it to
Excel it has different formatting. Is there a way to prepare or print and
existing report to excel that will preserve its formatting?

I'm sure it's my lack of imagination and/or experience, but I can't figure
out why you would want to send an Access report to Excel. If it's a matter of
combining output from Access and Excel into a single document, I would
suggest making everything a PDF, then combining the resulting pages in the
order you want. Several of the freeware PDF creators that I have used have
combining functions.
