Replying to messages with attachments

I receive several messages with attachments in them where there may be 2 or 3
people cc'd in. I need to reply to all - yet still have the attachement
attached for audit purposes. The only way I can achieve this is to forward
the message and then retype all of the email addresses as when i hit reply
the attachment disapears. This can be very time consuming. Surely there must
be a way to amend these settings?!?

Surely? No. You've already figured out most of the solution. There's no need
to retype, though. Do a Reply to All and copy the email addresses into your
forward message.
