Reply using a different account

I have 15 different POP3 accounts.
Each account is set with its own identity and return email address.

E.g. Someone emails to (e-mail address removed), I want to reply to their email,
not from the email adress they sent it to, but from say (e-mail address removed).

Can this be done automatically or do I have to "Change Accounts" each time I
reply.

Assuming new message to account1, "Change accounts" each time.

Assuming that account1 sends to customer and then customer replies, you can
force the reply-to address to have it come back to account2.
