Reply to all in Outlook Folder

Greetings All,

I have a user that wants to be able to Reply to All in an Outlook 2003
folder. She recievs resumes through e-mails for different positions in the
company, Pharmacy, HR, Help Desk, etc. When an e-mail resume comes in to her,
lets say for a Pharmicist, there is an Outlook Rule to move it to an Outlook
Folder named Pharmacy. When the person for the position is hired, she wants
to be able to reply to everyone in that Pharmacy Folder that the position has
been filled.

Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Create a rule that replies to mail with a template (specifically, the
message that says 'Sorry, we hired someone, you weren't them, blah blah
blah'). Make sure the rule is not configured to run automatically. Go into
the Pharmacy folder, run the rule manually against the items in that folder.

That's about it =)

OK, I created the template, and made a Rule:
I started from a blacnk rule, and selected.

1. When a Message Arrives
2. What Conditions Do you want.
I did not select any b/c I want to reply to every message.
3. What do you want to do with the message?
Reply Using a Template (I them set the path to the template)
4. Are there any exceptions?
I did not select any.

So I went to run the rule. I selected the Outlook folder i wanted the rule
to run for, it looked as if it loaded the template, but it did not send it to
anyone.

I am thinking I possibly create the template properly?
Any more suggestions?
Thanks.

Well, first, I hope you're testing this with a small set of addresses you
know won't get upset if they get blasted with email. I mean, you'd want to
make sure it works before actually using it.

How did you create the OFT file? When you say it loaded the template, but
didn't send, what exactly happened?

I got it working. I worked on it for about an hour yesterday with no
success. I tried it this morning without changeing anything and it worked!
I guess I needed to restart Outlook?

thanks!
