Replies to messages are blank

Odd situation. I occasionally receive a reply to an e-mail and the reply is
blank. In fact, it generally looks like I'm getting the e-mail I sent.
Attachments are even still attached even though it's a reply with the "Re:"
in the subject line. If my blackberry happens to download the message too,
the reply shows up there but not in Outlook. It's not a problem with the
blackberry, because the same thing happens if Outlook downloads the message
first.

It happens with only two specific individuals who reply to my e-mails, and I
don't have the same problem with individuals at their same domain/company.

Could be an encoding setting on his end or on yours. Check the View menu,
Encoding in the email and change it to a diff one. Also --He might be using a
font that you don't have in OL but do have on the BB.
