I am using Outlook 2002 SP-2.
When I reply to or forward some e-mail messages, Outlook defaults to plain
text. I have to use the Message Format drop menu to change it to HTML. I
can't think of anyone that I correspond with that doesn't use a mail client
that supports HTML and I do not want to use plain text in any messages I
send.
I am not sure why this happens but I think it may have something to do with
the format of the original message I am replying to. Outlook is set to use
Word to compose messages and to compose in HTML format. I have gone through
all the options in Outlook, looking for one that will force it to always
compose all messages (New, Reply, Forward) in HTML but I have not found any
that apply to Reply and Forward (other that the Stationery font options... I
don't use stationery).
Is there a way to force Outlook to always compose messages using HTML
format?
