Replication

Dear gurus - a general question I have:

After replicating an access database I can make modifications on the Master
replica, on the PC originally made the replicas. If I move the Master
replica to another PC, then I cannot make some modifications, i.e. create new
reports. How can I use the Master replica on any PC in order to make any
modifications I need?

Thanking you in advance,

George

you could try & go into the linked table manager , which is in
tools-database utilities-linked table manager.
try to update the links.
if this doesnt work , replicating may be a bad idea.
if the database is in a single file , you can run it just about any
where on a computer.

Replication is only intended for tables. You should not have any application
objects (queries, forms, reports, macros, modules) in your design master.
