Replacing a site

Now that I have a teeny inkling of using fp2003, I'd like to make a whole new
website and replace one of my existing sites, in other words, start over with
DWT's, forms, no buttons, etc. My question is the best way to do it, build
the whole site first and then replace the old site, or replace page by page.
Also, how do I not lose the server folders, eg webaliser. Thanks as usual, I
would have been lost without this forum!

Publish the current live site to your local HD, via FP, then edit it, then when all finish
republish.
