Yeah. You should always have the drivers. What do you do if a driver on a
running system get's corrupted?

The only way I would see a reason to do this is if for some reason you can't
find the driver, and you have to reinstall and that hardware/driver is
essential.

Unless the OEM computer you purchase has the drivers on the recovery
CD/DVD, you normally don't get them anymore. And with many recovery
discs, only a total erase and a reinstall from scratch is the only
option.

Worse, if you change the hardware... those damn recovery discs will
install one or more of the wrong drivers. So what is wrong of making one
install disc of all drivers you currently have installed in your system?
I believe it is a very good idea and virtually everybody should have
such a tool. I personally love them.
