replace superscript

M

me

I want to replace superscript , but the font reverts to
default when i paste superscript into the replace text box.

i.e.
The Degree superscript was typed as a carrot symbol [45^C]
I want the little o superscript to replace it throughout
the doc. When I paste the degree superscript into the the
find and replace text box it turns into a regular o.

Me,

It is not a superscript "O" it is the degree symbol which you enter with the
shortcut
CTRL+SHIFT+@ then the space bar.

Once you have the symbol in your document then select and copy it. This
puts it on the clipboard. Now with Edit>Replace, type ^^ in the find what
box and ^c in the replace with box. ^c represents the content of the
clipboard.

But note for future reference that you can format the contents of the "Find
what" or "Replace with" box as superscript by pressing Ctrl+Shift+=.
