I would like to replace attachments with a link to a shared folder. My
company has strict rules on space usage in Outlook 2003, so I save important
attachments to a shared folder to permit access to others. Is there a quick
and simple way to keep the original e-mail, remove the attachment, and place
a link in the e-mail pointing viewers to the shared item (for when I forward
the e-mail to others)?
P.S. - I am not a programmer, so please do not suggest writing a macro or
some other script, unless you are willing to do so. Thanks for your help.
