Repetitive keystrokes

I have to constantly type out my eMail address, thus I keep word open with it
highlighted so I can CNTL+C and the CNTL+V in the other window.

I would like to simply be able to select a keystroke combination that will
insert my email address where ever the cursor is. I figured there would be
some kind of windows macro recorder but I can't find anything like that on my
PC. Does anyone know of an easy way to create what I want?
