Repairing Error Message

G

Guest

I am very much a beginner, so I don't know where to go to fix this error.

When Windows finally opens, the error reads, "The procedure entry point
GetProcessImageFileNameW could not be located in teh dynamic link library
PSAPI.DLL." How do I fix this? Is there a place from Microsoft I can
download something?

Thank you ahead of time for your help! Jan

Problem: Crashes or hangs
Problem: The "Mail" button is missing
Problem: Website blocks IE7 (e.g. it "requires" IE6)
Problem: ClearType Text appears fuzzy
Problem: Slow Startup
Problem: Slow Page rendering
Problem: IE7 Setup fails to install Internet Explorer
Problem: My address bar won't turn green?
Problem: After installing, IE7 starts then vanishes
Problem: Error message about PSAPI.DLL
Problem: IE always goes to http://runonce.msn.com/runonce2.aspx instead of your homepage
Problem: I installed a "branded" version of IE7, but I'd prefer a "plain" copy without
toolbars and customizations.

For IE7 assistance, please post to :microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general newsgroup.
