Renaming A Windows Folder

I want to rename a folder in C:\Documents and Settings that has a user's
name spelled wrong. The user is also an administrator.

Windows won't let me do it -- saying that Windows folders can neither be
renamed nor moved.

Is there a good way to do this without creating more problems?

Create a new user account with the correct name. Copy your old account
to the new one and use this user in the future.
