rename report while printing to a PDF file ??

Hi,

I am Ron from Holland(The Netherlands) and need some help if possible.

I installed the printerdriver PDF Creator and found out that I can
combine PDF files.
I have a report which is called Shipped. I like to rename it when I
start to print to the PDFcreator
in such a way that the report gets the name of two labels which are
used in the report

label1 name of vessel (Minnesota)
label2 number doc ( 1/one and up)

The filename must be Minnesota 1 instead of Shipped
The next report will be Minnesota 2 instead of Shipped

aso aso

In PDFCreator I can keep the files together till all files are
ready for printing in PDF
They will be combined in one PDF File named Minnesota

Is this possible ?

Thanks in advance for your prompt reply

Best regards
Ron

Ron:

While we're not familiar with the specific pdf printer driver that you
mention, our PDF and Mail library for Access (Pro or Pro Plus Edition)
supports numerous PDF printer drivers that allow you to append multiple
Access reports into one single PDF file and name that file what ever you
want on output. Drivers such as Adobe PDF Win2PDF, PDF X-Change, Amyuni
PDF Converter and Zeon's DocuCom PDF Printer driver are all supported with
that functionality. You can find the library on our web in the developer
tools section.

Hi SA Thanks for reply

This is NOT what I need

The standard name for the report is Shipped
When I print more than one report they all called Shipped.

With a code I like to change the reportname into different names
(each report has different records).

Thanks for your help

Ron
