Rename "Owner" account?

How do I rename the "Owner" account in the Documents and Settings area?

I am able to rename the account for login and "My Documents" area in
explorer, but not in the directory itself.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Randy,

You don't. You cannot change the names assigned to the user profile
directories. You would need to create a new account with the preferred name,
then copy the existing profile into it. This you should do by logging on as
administrator, as you cannot copy a profile while it's in use.

The C:\Documents and Settings\Username folders _cannot_ be
renamed, even if the associated user account has been. So, your best
course of action would be to log on using the built-in Administrator
account, create a new user account, with the username desired. You
can then delete the old user account(s).
