removing unwanted right click links HOW??

How can I remove links I do not want that I have when I
right click in my IE browser?

I got rid of a few by removing a program but theres one
left I can not get rid of! Please help.

Manual removal:
To remove an entry from the IE context menu, run regedit and navigate to
this key:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\ Internet Explorer\ MenuExt]

Your entry will be a subkey of that key. Select the MenuExt key and export
it (just to be safe) Then select the unwanted subkey and delete it.

Or... Toolbar Cop from http://www.mvps.org/sramesh2k/Toolkit.htm can remove
these and other unwanted items.
