removing the requirement for logon password

I would like to remove the screen that asks for a
password at logon. I don't have a password and just
press enter to get past the screen. This is my home
computer and I don't need a password.

Start, Run and enter CONTROL USERPASSWORDS2 Uncheck Users must enter a
username and password.......... Click Apply and enter your YOUR username and
leave the password box blank.
