Removing the licence agreement popup for everytime outlook 2003 loads

I currently have a niggle with Outlook 2003

Everytime I launch the software I get the licence
agreement popup infront of me. Once I click on 'I agree'
to the licence agreement Outlook 2003 loads. Is there
anyway that I can stop this occuring.

Login as the administrator and accept the EULA.
