Removing programs from bootup

Does anyone know the best and quickest way to stop
programs from loading while the computer is booting? I
need to find out which program is giving me problems and I
would like to one by one stop each from loading at start
up hoping to find the culprit. Thanks for the help

Get yourself "Starter" from CodeStuff

It's a free program which will show you the programs which
Windows loads on startup. You can either disable or remove them.
Disable first just in case it's a critical program
