REMOVING PERSONAL FOLDERS

I HAVE LOTS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED IN FOLDERS AND NEED TO REMOVE
THEM. I WANT TO KEEP ALL OF THE INFORMATION IN THE FOLDERS BUT DONT WANT
ANYONE ELSE TO HAVE ACCESS TO THEM. CAN I MOVE THEM TO MY DOCUMENTS ON MY PC?

Secondly, remove from where?

What type of mail account do you use, pop, imap or?

PS Posting in all caps makes for hard reading, is considered shouting, and
