The Japanese IE MUI is pullling OE in, how do I remove OE?

Info 106: Adding component: "Outlook Express - Security Update KB923694
[Version 5.1.2600.3333.1, R3350]", origin: "Japanese Internet Explorer MUI
[Version 5.1.2600.1105, R1305]"
Info 101: Initializing new component: "Outlook Express - Security
Update KB923694 [Version 5.1.2600.3333.1, R3350]"

Some components share other components among themselves. Unless the
footprint is an issue, I would disable it.

The footprint is an issue and that's why I am trying to remove/disable it.

The same tip here as I posted to your question in previous thread. Turn off the "Auto-resolve dependencies" option in TD and then
try removing the OE component.
